Amy Christine Dumas, born April 14, 1975, best known by the stage name, Lita, a retired professional wrestler, active from 1998 to 2006, is currently a musician and radio DJ. After retiring from the ring in 2006, she has continued doing wrestling appearances but has also ventured back into the music industry, starting the band, the Luchagors, doing vocals for other musicians and became a radio DJ for two Atlanta, GA radio shows. She has also since ventured into the business world and has done some theater and other acting jobs. Amy is active in staying fit and often teaches Kettlebell workout classes at a local gym (Gym Condition) in Atlanta, GA, where she resides. She is also an Atlanta Braves fan & attends games. She has her own home video, has written an autobiography which was featured on the New York Times bestsellers list and once had her own foundation, ADORE, for animals. The sky is the limit for Amy, given her many accomplishments.

At the start of the show, there was no audio, but I believe Alfie was saying that he will be showing clips of past shows because Amy was currently in Chicago for the WWE Payback pay-per-view that is tonight. CM Punk is set to return. It went to a video clip of Amy with Kenz behind her saying that very same thing and that she would be sharing her thoughts on the PPV while Discordia played previous show clips. It went to clips talking about dog strollers, UFC, theme songs then a music break. After the break, only Amy’s audio played talking about her favorite spot near the controls. She told a story when she first started in 1999, she was walking around and one of the crew members asked if she was lost and she said she was looking for snacks. She said that same crew member is still there all these years later and still brings up that story to her. More clips of past shows play of googling phrases, fish sauce, Iron Man premiere then Fear Factor before taking another music break. During this time at the PPV, Curtis Axel became the new IC Champion and AJ Lee became the new Divas Champion! Congratulations to them!
Another audio from Amy talking about CM Punk returning tonight in his hometown against Chris Jericho and she’s asking how it will go tonight with the fans. She plus a lot of ways to interact with her, Alfie and other social media forms. It goes to music break. Shows the clip of Amy and Alfie dancing to Hey Ya! Haha! At the PPV Dean Ambrose retains US title against Lita’s former flame, Kane! Ask Amy segment from a few weeks ago is played, the episode that I missed so it’s nice to hear this! Someone asked a question and Amy answered in great detail. On Twitter, she tweeted about signing a sign that a fan brought “I MISS LITA” and she also tweeted that the loudest the crowd has been so far was for RVD after a promo played of him returning next month. Amy made a point to say SO FAR as it is Punk’s hometown and he’s coming back. After the advice clip, it went into a music break, Alfie said another clip from Amy should be coming before they wrap up the show for tonight.
Alberto Del Rio defeated Dolph Ziggler for the World Heavyweight title. Dolph has been suffering from a concussion and Chicago gave him love. He and AJ could’ve had duo titles like Edge & Lita back in 2006 but that did not happen unfortunately. CM Punk’s match followed this and his hometown was on fire of course. As CM Punk and Jericho’s match gets underway, Discordia was checking out the Payback expert panel and reviewing their outfits haha and it showed a picture Amy got of them. Discordia goes into a music break and the show ends and Alfie says Amy will be back next Sunday and to check out the repeat shows of SFMTV in general not just Discordia episodes.

Amy is back in the USA as of last week, not sure if in Atlanta but she tweeted today: “Hang with me and @alfie_19 on #Discordia tonight at 8 PM EST http://sfmtv.com” — her partner Alfie also tweeted about the show and posted on Facebook.
Show kicks off talking about after the show last week. She mentioned about running out of gas and then about getting into a little routine the rest of the week. They talk about a few other things then the songs play. The first one she plays is for Kenz, you’re nobody til somebody loves you! She said she dances with Kenz to this song because of the memory of when she first got her. Too cute. After the music runs, she talks about the cupcakes she got at the one appearance she did. She also talks about how to make them. She also talks about vegetarian meals and about cleaner eating. She and Alfie continue talking about healthy eating. It ventured off to boy bands she could beat up haha and that her point to the story was the next song of JD & The FDCs that she actually did vocals with last summer.
After the music break, she talks about band tickets and how she crossed over from being the wrestler Lita to having a following of people who followed her as Amy the lead singer of the Luchagors. From there it went to juice mix drinks and glow in the dark cats haha then into a music break! She finished the show by talking about bands.

I don’t often make social media weekly posts seeing as Amy usually doesn’t tweet photos often or Instagram them so it’s special when she does and her tweets are usually odd AND you can follow her on Twitter but she tweets here and there and I have a mid month catch up for you. I haven’t really made a social media update since 05/15 so here are the latest since then.
5/18: Amy did a signing in New York on 05/18 and retweeted a couple fan photos.
5/19: 8 PM SHARP! #Discordia on http://sfmtv.com and click “listen live” @_thekenz_ and @alfie_19 are worn out from our photoshoot
5/20: Tweeted her friend in regards to a comb knife.
5/22: My day is better for having listened to @maskedintruder1 today.
Later that week she headed to the UK for a couple weeks to do appearances.
5/25: This might have made my day – she included a photo of cupcakes with 7 Seconds logo, Peewee Herman face and Luchador mask.
5/26: Thanks @gallowsofficial for stopping by today! — I also think Discordia was pre-taped but it was a new show, she retweeted what Alfie said then tweeted: ‘Hey, what are you guys talking about on #discordia???’
5/29: Kenz tweeted my mom said she’d be right back but she lied to me
5/31: She was still in the UK but retweeted Diva Dirt saying Lita was named the new Diva of the Decade on their website.
6/02: She returned from the UK and tweeted: ‘The grossest welcome home ever. I think I would rather have come home to having been robbed’ later she tweeted: ‘Live at 8! Straight of the plane. It’s #discordia on http://sfmtv.com’
UPDATE – 6/06: She tweeted her friend and the Bronx saying she was in for their show. She also suggested KB swings and Turkish Get-Ups to a fan who asked what exercise they should do to get fit.
UPDATE – 6/07: She was asked if she made it to the show (Bronx show) last night and said yes and tweeted a picture and posted it on Instagram.
UPDATE – 6/08: She posted a photo on Instagram from a hockey game, saying free towels, free hats. She also retweeted Jamie of the JDandtheFDCs band who posted a photo of a little girl dressed like a Lita character.
